1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Alfajar Trading Company website and submitting wholesale inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all business interactions, quotations, and transactions conducted through our platform and WhatsApp communication channel.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or contacting us for wholesale business.

2 Wholesale Business Nature

Alfajar Trading Company operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale supplier of imported dried fruits and nuts. Our products, pricing, and services are intended for:

• Retail shop owners and dry fruit stores
• Wholesalers and regional distributors
• Food manufacturers, bakeries, and confectioneries
• Hospitality businesses and catering services
• Corporate gifting procurement teams

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not meet wholesale business criteria.

3 Product Availability & Catalogue Disclaimer

The product catalogue displayed on our website represents commonly traded wholesale dry fruits and nuts in Pakistan's market. It does not constitute a guarantee of current stock availability.

• Product availability is subject to seasonal harvest cycles, import schedules, and market conditions.
• Grades, sizes, and varieties may vary between batches based on origin country supply.
• All prices, minimum order quantities, and packaging options are confirmed only via direct WhatsApp quotation.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove products from our catalogue without prior notice.

4 Quotations & Pricing

All wholesale quotations provided via WhatsApp are:

• Valid for the specific batch and grade quoted at the time of offer.
• Subject to change based on market fluctuations, currency rates, and seasonal availability.
• Exclusive of delivery charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Not binding until both parties confirm the order details in writing via WhatsApp.

5 Orders & Payment

Wholesale orders are confirmed only after:

• Mutual agreement on product, grade, quantity, and price via WhatsApp communication.
• Receipt of agreed-upon advance payment or full payment as per mutually agreed terms.
• Written confirmation of delivery address, contact person, and expected timeline.

Payment methods accepted will be communicated directly during order confirmation. We do not process payments through the website. All financial transactions occur outside this platform.

6 Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery timelines are estimates based on current logistics capacity, destination city, and transport availability.
• Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address and reachable contact information.
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon handover to the designated carrier or upon pickup from our warehouse in Mingora.
• Delays caused by weather, road conditions, customs clearance, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

7 Quality Assurance & Returns

We stand behind the quality of every shipment dispatched from our facility. If you receive products that do not match the agreed-upon grade or specification:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
• We will investigate and propose resolution (replacement, credit note, or partial refund) on a case-by-case basis.
• Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or changes in business requirements after order confirmation.
• Products must be stored in appropriate conditions (dry, cool environment) as per standard dry fruit storage guidelines.

8 Limitation of Liability

Alfajar Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total value paid for that order.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from business transactions shall first be resolved amicably through direct negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Swat District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
